ISHPEMING, Mich. (WLUC) – Tuesday’s episode of Upper Michigan Today got in tune with a band making waves in the Marquette music scene.
After a number of in-studio UMT performances, Jasno invited John Redfield and Audrey Stetson to “The Space” for a behind-the-scenes look at band operations. The alternative rock band’s third studio album “ARCANA” comes out Sept. 17.
The U.P. isn’t a typical stop for many artists on tour… but Jasno wants to change that. It all starts Sept. 18 with a concert at Ore Dock Brewing Co., where the band will perform its new album live in full for the first time.

UMT saved the songs for Friday’s concert and got to know some of the faces of the band. Jasno consists of vocalist Jack Laurila, guitarist Declan Stratford and drummer Paul Racine.
