Lili Reinhart starred as the lead actor in the official music video of BTS’ hit song, “SWIM”, from their album, “Arirang.” Now, while on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon”, the actor talked about her experience working with the beloved boy band. A video shared by the talk show on Instagram captured the show’s host, Jimmy Fallon, who interviewed BTS several times, mentioning the “Riverdale” alum’s starring role in the “SWIM” video. The host also said, “I love Swim. That’s my favorite song in the album.”
Soon, Jimmy Fallon asked Lili Reinhart how she landed the part in the video for the hit BTS song. In response, the actor revealed, “I was sent a DM by their creative director, and thank God I opened it.” She then disclosed, “He had seen my show, Helen Harper, and really was a fan of it. So I think he thought of me for this leading lady in their music video.” The actor also shared that she had to fly to Lisbon for the filming of the video, which lasted for four days.
During the interview, Jimmy Fallon also asked Lili Reinhart if she felt “intimidated” while working with BTS. The actor answered the question by saying, “It was a little intimidating. I mean, they’re the biggest band of all time.” She gushed about the boy group’s incredible dancing skills. The actor explained, “Well, that was my fear. I was like, I’m going to have to turn them down because I can’t dance.”
However, Lili Reinhart revealed that she was able to star in the BTS video as “he dancing in the music video” for her, “was just kind of more improv-y and free-flowing.” “I was able to do it, but I was intimidated,” the actor explained.
