However, one player has left the squad…
The Football Association of Ireland confirmed that the Nations League game against Israel will go ahead after a player vote.
The fixture in Hungary was in doubt after the Republic’s news conference and training session were both delayed on Saturday morning.
The FAI says the majority of the Ireland squad has voted to go ahead with Sunday’s match against Israel.
The team trained at the matchday venue in Hungary, after cancelling an earlier session as well as a press conference.
However, one player has left the squad and the rest of the team won’t be doing any media appearances for the remainder of this international window.
Speaking at a delayed press conference this afternoon, FAI CEO David Courell, says talks and consultations with the players continued for around four hours on Saturday morning.
