It is perhaps not a great idea for a politician to declare himself “against all certainty”, as our President does in the title of his new poetry collection, released as an album costing €29.95 on fetching blue vinyl.
You would think that someone against all certainty would be very much opposed to the idea of holding two consecutive terms in presidential office, but then Michael D is about to retire after 14 years in the post.
