It’s official – Big Brother will bring viewers a brand-new one-off reunion show, reuniting the 2026 housemates, following the huge success of the current series on ITV.

Big Brother: The Reunion will be an hour-long special hosted by AJ Odudu and Will Best, much like the live eviction shows, and will welcome the 2026 cast back into the BB house to recall the series’ biggest moments, as well as unpacking the friendships, relationships and fallouts that defined the hit 2026 series.

“Expect big revelations, unfinished business and plenty of drama as they look back on the moments that had the nation talking and reveal where they stand now,” ITV’s description of the reunion special teases.

ITV Commissioner for Entertainment & Reality David Smyth said in a statement: “Big Brother has created some of the most iconic and talked-about moments in reality TV this year, and we’re looking forward to reuniting our Housemates to reflect on their unforgettable journeys. Viewers can expect plenty of surprises, laughter, and perhaps a few scores to settle.”

According to ITV, the Big Brother brand has racked up an impressive 202 million streams on ITVX, with the current series exceeding 37 million streams alone, which is said to be up by almost 14 million streams (+58%) compared to Big Brother and Big Brother: Late & Live at this point last year.

At the start of the 2026 series, fans were quick to hail the show for delivering the drama, with a number of standout personalities in the house. However, the series has not been without its controversies either.

Rob became the latest housemate to be evicted from the Big Brother house on Friday, following on from Johanne the week before in what was a huge moment for the series – with fans even begging for a twist to keep both nominated housemates on the show.

This week’s nominations have not yet taken place, so it’s not yet been confirmed who will be next to face the public vote.

Big Brother: The Reunion is set to air on ITV2 and ITVX on Friday 6 November.
