The Apple Watch Ultra 4 is the most advanced wearable in Apple’s lineup, combining a rugged build with powerful hardware. Like most cutting-edge Apple tech, it doesn’t come cheap, but this early Black Friday offer at Amazon knocks $99 off the starting price, so you can pick it up for a record-low $700 right now.

Apple Watch Ultra 4 for $700 (save $99)
Health and Wearables Editor Nina Raemont said the new and improved Apple Watch Ultra 4 offers significant upgrades over its already excellent predecessor. With an extra eight hours of battery life, it now boasts up to 50 hours of use per charge, which is great if you’re planning to get off the grid for a bit. It also boasts faster charging and an S11 processor that helps optimize performance.

The Ultra 4 also adds some new health and fitness features. It now measures your heart rate and variability every five minutes instead of every few hours, and will provide you with a “Readiness score” to help you decide whether it’s time to push yourself or take a rest day.
There’s only a single configuration, which features a 49mm OLED display, cellular and satellite connectivity, and a rugged, water-resistant design rated to 100 meters. It’s available with either a black or natural titanium case, and most variants are on sale right now. Just note that it’s an extra $100 for the stylish Milanese loop band.
How I rated this deal
While this deal only knocks 12% off the usual price, it’s still the best discount we’ve seen since the Apple Watch Ultra 4 first hit shelves back in September. Plus, discounts on the latest Apple gadgets can be tough to come by, which earns this deal a 3/5 rating in our system.
When will this deal expire?
There’s no set expiration for this offer, but most discounts on next-gen Apple tech don’t last for long. If you’re serious about taking advantage of these savings, we’d suggest you get your order in sooner rather than later.
