Favourite places: Youghal has a special place in my heart. My parents have a holiday home on the strand and we’ve spent so much gorgeous time down there, my girls LOVE it; it’s just so delicious to spend time with family on the beach. Florence is also amazing. It’s such a bustling, vibrant city, full of culture and history with the most amazing pasta and wine I’ve ever tasted.
