Aine O’Gorman and Karen Duggan are retiring from the League of Ireland
Former Ireland internationals Áine O’Gorman and Karen Duggan have announced their retirements from football today.
O’Gorman, who is Ireland’s fourth-most capped women’s player with 119 appearances, hangs up her boots after spending the last three years at Shamrock Rovers. The Wicklow native started her career at Stella Maris before enjoying spells at Peamount United, Doncaster and UCD Waves before joining the Hoops in 2023.
