Jeff Kinney to celebrate new Wimpy Kid book at White Station High

Literacy Mid-South is teaming up with Novel to celebrate the 20th installment of the hit book series, Diary of a Wimpy Kid, on Oct. 27.

The Wimpiest Birthday Bash ever is coming to the White Station High School auditorium, as Literacy Mid-South and Novel have announced plans to host New York Times bestselling author, Jeff Kinney, to celebrate the release of Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Party Pooper.

The Party Pooper Tour will come to White Station High on Oct. 27, at 6 p.m. Attendees are required to purchase a ticket for the event. The latest installment in the series marks the 20th Diary of a Wimpy Kid book.

Guests can expect a “laugh-out-loud birthday event” hosted by Kinney, featuring audience participation. Pre-signed copies of Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Party Pooper will also be offered at the event.
