On Sunday, the 100 Nights of Hero premiere closed the London Film Festival with main stars Emma Corrin, Felicity Jones, and Maika Monroe in attendance.

frills and philosophy
I had wondered how these frilled apron tops and dresses would translate from the Miu Miu Spring 2026 runway, and I’m not surprised that Emma Corrin is the first to bring look 53 to the red carpet. While the aesthetic leans more “TV show or photocall” than premiere night, Emma’s offbeat charm doesn’t make it feel completely out of place. And besides, gala gowns have never been their thing. They have that rare ability to sell something that would look ridiculous on anyone else — and that’s their true red carpet power.

Ethereal elegance
When it comes to Felicity Jones’ custom Erdem gown inspired by the Spring 2025 collection, this version feels perfectly aligned with her romantic sensibilities. The embroidery evokes quiet grandeur, while the layered sheer panels add just the right touch of modern fantasy. A subtle yet polished moment. This might not be to everyone’s liking, but this feels like a less formal red carpet. Tiffany & Co. platinum and diamond earrings, plus a Tiffany Victoria® ring, completed her look beautifully.

Softly undone
Maika Monroe brought undeniable glamour wearing a Valentino Resort 2026 gown, beautifully accented with a delicate bow detail. The design, cut, and overall intention of the look were flawless — romantic yet modern. However, the colour choice leaves me slightly conflicted. While the soft nude tone enhances the gown’s ethereal quality, it doesn’t offer enough contrast against her complexion. Her moody makeup was likely chosen to counterbalance the lightness of the dress — but I’m not sure that is working.
