Larriviere and Zara Pasfield, presents Splendour as the centerpiece of The Other Art Fair Brooklyn, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.designboom.com\/tag\/architecture-in-new-york\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">NY<\/a>. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.designboom.com\/tag\/interactive-installation\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">installation<\/a> continues the studio\u2019s exploration of \u2018art-chitecture,\u2019 a practice that merges the principles of art and architecture through immersive, site-responsive structures.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Splendour takes the form of a large floating oculus, composed of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.designboom.com\/tag\/inflatable-structures\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">inflatable<\/a> oval segments suspended in the air. The surface is clad in dichroic material, which refracts and reflects light differently depending on the time of day and angle of view.
