<\/p>\nPrincess Kate and Prince William are “unlikely to welcome Sarah Ferguson and Prince Andrew as neighbours” amid the upcoming Windsor reshuffle, a royal commentator has claimed.<\/p>\n
Reports suggest that Fergie may soon move into Adelaide Cottage, the Windsor residence soon to be vacated by the Prince and Princess of Wales.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, Andrew is lined up to occupy Frogmore Cottage, formerly the home of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, according to reports in the Sun.<\/p>\n
The arrangements, if they go ahead, would keep the pair on the Windsor estate, but raise fresh tensions over proximity to Kate and William.<\/p>\n
The pair\u2019s possible relocation comes amid mounting pressure on Andrew to vacate his current home, Royal Lodge, a 30-room mansion in Windsor Great Park he has occupied for many years.<\/p>\n
Royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams spoke exclusively to GB News about how William and Kate might feel about Fergie as a neighbour. <\/p>\n
He claimed: \u201cCan you imagine her as a neighbour? The Waleses wouldn\u2019t want Sarah Ferguson or Andrew anywhere near them. <\/p>\n
\u201cThere might be something that could be done with one of the royal homes (Frogmore Cottage or Adelaide Cottage), of course.<\/p>\n

\u201cI mean, Andrew and Sarah have got to go somewhere. Abroad would be an excellent idea, Abu Dhabi or Switzerland.<\/p>\n
\u201cBut just being practical for a moment, the idea that someone who has behaved as she has thought this up.<\/p>\n
\u201cWhat\u2019s extraordinary is that we\u2019ve had 14 or 15 years of scams. People are absolutely sick of this.\u201d<\/p>\n
Mr Fitzwilliams added: \u201cHe gets five per cent approval in the polls. Politicians are very restless.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut at the heart of all this, with reference to the homes \u2014 they\u2019ve got to live somewhere, sure.<\/p>\n
\u201cYou give up one (Royal Lodge), which has 30 rooms, and then you take two (Frogmore Cottage and Adelaide Cottage).<\/p>\n
\u201cThe irony is, of course, that this is the world\u2019s most happily divorced couple, according to her. <\/p>\n
\u201cWell, they don\u2019t seem to want to live together, even if it is around the corner. Now, they\u2019re both in disgrace.\u201d<\/p>\n
The proposed move of Fergie into Adelaide Cottage is seen as especially provocative since William and Kate plan to relocate to Forest Lodge by early November.<\/p>\n
Sarah, who has not been a working royal for decades, remains a subject of public scrutiny and media criticism.<\/p>\n
Andrew\u2019s exit from Royal Lodge is also complex. <\/p>\n
Despite a lease that runs to 2078 and minimal rent, he is understood to be willing to leave only if his terms are met \u2014 namely, access to Frogmore Cottage or a similar residence.<\/p>\n
