She explained that she had always believed she could handle every challenge in life, but later understood that suppressed pain eventually manifests through physical symptoms.<\/p>\n

The actress stated that unexpressed emotions could appear as anxiety, panic attacks, or even heart-related complications, revealing how emotional distress affects the human body in multiple ways.<\/p>\n

Saba confirmed that she had suffered a mild heart attack before undergoing the medical procedure and added that she was now recovering and feeling stronger.<\/p>\n

Reflecting on her experience, the Pani Jaisa Pyaar actress said she once heard people discuss anxiety but never truly understood its pain until she experienced it herself.<\/p>\n

The 41-year-old actress mentioned that she decided to share her story publicly to raise awareness about the importance of both mental and physical health.<\/p>\n

She recalled that when she once spoke about her mental struggles, people dismissed her concerns by assuming that fame and wealth ensured constant happiness.<\/p>\n

Saba emphasized that mental health challenges can impact anyone regardless of success, lifestyle, or social standing, and that no one is entirely immune to them.<\/p>\n
