While chatting with PEOPLE at the 2025 CFDA Fashion Awards, the New England Patriots wide receiver, 31, opened up about his baby on the way with pregnant rapper Cardi B<\/a>, revealing the sex of their little one and what he’s most excited to do when the newborn arrives.<\/p>\n “It\u2019s a boy. That\u2019s enough for me,” he tells PEOPLE. “I can\u2019t wait to make him do push-ups and sit-ups and run around.”<\/p>\n Nathaniel S. In the comment section under Cardi’s\u00a0Instagram<\/a>\u00a0post about preparing for her\u00a0Little Miss Drama tour<\/a>, Diggs shared some thoughts on the baby on the way.<\/p>\n “Proud of you for staying focused \u2764\ufe0f,” he said. In another comment, he shared his hopes for the sex for the baby on the way, “100% team boy \ud83d\udc99 \ud83d\ude29\ud83d\ude4f\ud83c\udffe.”<\/p>\n He then hinted that he’s thinking of some baby names. “Thinking of Spanish names.. right now \ud83d\udc68\ud83c\udffd\u200d\ud83c\udf7c,” he added.<\/p>\n While speaking to the press before practice, Diggs was also asked about the pregnancy news.<\/p>\n “Oh, my personal life? I told you about that.
