{"id":131116,"date":"2025-11-09T22:14:06","date_gmt":"2025-11-09T22:14:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/131116\/"},"modified":"2025-11-09T22:14:06","modified_gmt":"2025-11-09T22:14:06","slug":"court-action-after-crane-is-used-to-install-mobile-home-at-rear-of-home-in-limerick-town","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/131116\/","title":{"rendered":"Court action after crane is used to install mobile home at rear of home in Limerick town"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>SEVERAL members of the same family are facing prosecution after a crane was allegedly used to lift a mobile home into the back garden of their council house.<\/p>\n<p>Limerick City and County Council has initiated legal proceedings against four individuals who all have an address of P\u00e1irc Luachra in Abbeyfeale and the matter first came before <a href=\"https:\/\/www.limerickleader.ie\/section\/463\/crime-court\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Newcastle West Court<\/a> on November 4.<\/p>\n<p>The four are accused of failing to comply with an enforcement notice, requiring them to remove a caravan and mobile home from the property.
