The shakeup comes after broadcaster Sarah McInerney stepped down from Drivetime on Friday, along with the departure of Ray D\u2019Arcy from The Ray D\u2019Arcy show last month. <\/p>\n

The all-new Today with David McCullagh will start each weekday morning at 9am.<\/p>\n

McCullagh will break down the day\u2019s top stories and news developments as they happen, with a variety of regular features including consumer advice, health and wellbeing, music, culture, science and technology and more.<\/p>\n

Today’s News in 90 Seconds – Monday, November 10th<\/p>\n

Moving to a brand-new slot at 11am, Oliver Callan will deliver double his previous show with two hours of entertainment.<\/p>\n

Callan will be discussing trending topics, the latest goings on in sport, culture, music and more.<\/p>\n

News at One will continue to be presented by Rachael English every lunchtime with a mix of the day\u2019s top national, regional and international stories through a mix of live reports, interviews, political analysis and expert commentary.<\/p>\n

Kieran Cuddihy will be answering calls each day from 1.45pm on Liveline, getting to the heart of the discussions of the people of Ireland.<\/p>\n

Cuddihy will be facilitating listeners’ opinions, concerns and stories as RT\u00c9 Radio 1 continues the evolution of the 40-year-old iconic Irish institution.<\/p>\n

Joe Duffy surprised Kieran Cuddihy with a good luck message on Friday night’s Late Late Show, telling him to \u201cbreak a leg\u201d. <\/p>\n

Drivetime moves to the earlier time of 4pm, with new hosts Katie Hannon and Colm \u00d3 Mong\u00e1in keeping you company each afternoon with the day’s top stories, expert analysis and in-depth conversations covering news, politics, entertainment and culture.<\/p>\n

Brand-new from 6pm is Inside Sport, presented by Jacqui Hurley and Marie Crowe, a new early-evening sports show bringing the latest news, previews and reactions, live updates and straight-talking insight from guests and pundits.<\/p>\n

Arena and The John Creedon Show continue as a core part of RT\u00c9 Radio 1\u2019s weekday schedule, demonstrating RT\u00c9\u2019s support of the arts.<\/p>\n

Following the passing Se\u00e1n Rocks, a new presenter for Arena will be announced at a later date.<\/p>\n

The Late Debate hosted by Cormac O’ hEadhra will also continue, providing in-depth interviews and analysis of emerging political stories.<\/p>\n

The listening day will still close out with Late Date, bringing night owls a blend of music and good company.<\/p>\n

Morning Ireland will continue to set the national agenda every morning with breaking news from 7am, delivering in-depth interviews and insightful discussion of the stories shaping Ireland and the world.<\/p>\n

RT\u00c9 News & Current Affairs will announce new presenters to the radio news programmes in the coming weeks.<\/p>\n

Speaking on the change, Tara Campbell, Head of RT\u00c9 Radio 1 said: \u201cThe schedule brings fresh voices and sharp conversation in a vibrant new line-up.
