For both his hosting duties at Saturday Night Live\u00a0and while promoting his new film Eternity\u00a0on the SiriusXM radio show Radio Andy, Teller wore the TAG Heuer Carrera Chronosprint x Porsche ref. CBS2040.FC8318 in a 42mm 18k 5N rose gold case with a cream dial. The Chronosprint notably features a playful twist within its chronograph functionality. The central chronograph seconds hand will complete the first 15 seconds of each minute at an accelerated pace, before slowing to complete the loop of the minute perfectly \u2013 a nod to the original Porsche 911\u2019s<\/a> first recorded 0-100km\/h time of 9.1 seconds.<\/p>\n

Considering his role in Top Gun: Maverick, while the Carrera Chronograph<\/a> on his wrist may not be a pilot\u2019s watch, it certainly speaks to someone who feels the need for speed. (Editor\u2019s note: race car drivers sometimes get called \u201cpilots\u201d, actually\u2026)<\/p>\n

First sporting the watch on SNL in front of millions of viewers live, and gravitating towards the watch while promoting his new film, whether SNL or his film promotion, it all lands on YouTube and certainly with all the stops on film promotion tours, there is a lot of content, generating a significant number of views, where Teller is wearing the watch and unbeknownst to the mainstream masses planting the seed they may need a slick, handsome TAG Heuer watch on their wrist. If it did not work, brands would not be doing it.<\/p>\n
