\n\t\u201cIce Cream Man<\/a>,\u201d Eli Roth<\/a>\u2018s chilling upcoming movie that the horror and slasher master described as his \u201cmost terrifying and insane film to date,\u201d<\/a> has unveiled its first look image and cast. <\/p>\n

\n\tThe film stars Ari Millen (\u201cOrphan Black\u201d) as the titular character, along with Benjamin Byron Davis (\u201cGuardians of the Galaxy 3\u201d), Karen Cliche (\u201cThanksgiving\u201d), Dylan Hawco (\u201cHeartland\u201d), Sarah Abbott (\u201cBlack Mirror,\u201d \u201cThe Body\u201d), Shiloh O\u2019Reilly (\u201cThanksgiving\u201d), Kiori Mirza Waldman, Charlie Zeltzer (\u201cThe Handmaid\u2019s Tale\u201d), and Charlie Storey (\u201cThanksgiving\u201d).<\/p>\n

\n\tRounding out the cast is Roth himself, known for the \u201cCabin Fever\u201d and \u201cHostel\u201d franchises and 2023\u2019s \u201cThanksgiving.\u201d Meanwhile, Snoop Dog \u2014\u00a0who Roth is collaborating with for upcoming horror \u201cDon\u2019t Go in That House, Bitch!\u201d<\/a> \u2014\u00a0will provide some of the music.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cI couldn\u2019t be more excited about the incredible cast we\u2019ve assembled for Ice Cream Man,\u201d said Roth. \u201cIt\u2019s surreal to see the idea I\u2019ve had for over twenty years come to life \u2014 and with this insanely talented cast, we get to deliver a film to horror fans that\u2019s as terrifying as I\u2019ve always imagined.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cIce Cream Man\u201d follows an idyllic summer town descending into madness when an ice cream man serves kids sweet delights with horrifying results. The film wrapped principal photography in September and is scheduled for a wide theatrical release in 2026. <\/p>\n

\n\tWME Independent represents international rights and is selling at AFM<\/a>, while The Horror Section \u2014\u00a0which was founded earlier this year by Roth in partnership with Media Capital Technologies \u2014 is handling domestic rights. After making its market debut in Cannes, the film sold out nearly the entire world. StudioCanal\u2019s Sixth Dimension acquired distribution rights to the film across the U.K., Germany, France, Benelux, Poland, Australia, and New Zealand.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cIce Cream Man\u201d was written and produced by Roth, who wrote the script with longtime collaborator Noah Belson. Christopher Woodrow and Raj Singh also produce alongside Cream Productions\u2019 Kate Harrison. Executive producers include MCT\u2019s Kevin Frakes, Connor DiGregorio, Eli Massillon, and Lorenzo Antonucci, and The Horror Section\u2019s Jon Schnaars and Holly Adams. The film marks Roth\u2019s first under The Horror Section\u2019s banner. <\/p>\n

\n\tAmping up the scares will be a score from Emmy-winning composer Brandon Roberts and prosthetic makeup effects by Steve Newburn (\u201cThanksgiving\u201d) and Oscar winner Adrien Morot (\u201cThanksgiving,\u201d \u201cThe Whale\u201d).<\/p>\n
