The Royal Hotel in Cookstown has been placed on the market with an asking price of \u00a31.2 million.<\/p>\n

The listing for the popular town centre event venue includes a number of adjacent residential properties. <\/p>\n

Established in 1972, the nine-bedroom hotel<\/a> on Coagh Road has been in the ownership of the Thom family for more than 50 years.<\/p>\n
