The Bray author\u2019s An Fia Sa Choill is on the shortlist in the junior children\u2019s section of the An Post Book of the Year Awards.<\/p>\n<p class=\"indo-ebe0ecc6_root indo-ebe0ecc6_paragraph indo-300db776_none indo-91174671_primary indo-1d70522a_marginbottom0 indo-1d70522a_margintop0 indo-b48c4984_inherit\" style=\"color:var(--color-primary-80)\">Remarkably, it is the first Irish language book to reach this stage of the scheme since it was initiated 20 years ago and she is understandably proud as punch. She has been in touch with almost everyone she knows, urging them all to vote before the looming deadline on November 15.
