The mother of four addressed her living situation during the Bougie, Not Basic panel at\u00a0BravoCon 2025<\/a>, just a few months after she and her husband,\u00a0Dr. Terry Dubrow<\/a>,\u00a0sold their Beverly Hills mansion<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Does Heather Dubrow reside in LA or Orange County these days?<\/p>\n

\u201cHow are things in Orange County?\u201d moderator Michelle Collins asked The Real Housewives of Orange County<\/a>\u00a0cast member. \u201cOr are you in Beverly Hills now? Where are you living?\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cSo, we\u2019ve been back in Los Angeles for the last couple of years,\u201d\u00a0Heather explained.\u00a0\u201cBut, you know, our roots are in Orange County, and all my girls are there, so, you know, we go back and forth.\u201d<\/p>\n

Michelle and Heather then had a quick, friendly debate about the Beverly Hills and Orange County shopping experiences. The former argued that the OC\u2019s South Coast Plaza was among the best shopping destinations not only in California, but in the entire United States. And although Heather admitted that the mall was nice, she said it couldn\u2019t compete with Beverly Hills\u2019 shopping.<\/p>\n

\u201cSouth Coast Plaza is very good,\u201d she said, \u201cbut come on, you can\u2019t beat Rodeo Drive.\u201d<\/p>\n

Heather Dubrow and Terry Dubrow say goodbye to their OC home<\/p>\n

Heather and Terry sold their\u00a0Newport Beach mansion<\/a>\u00a0for\u00a0a record-breaking $55 million<\/a>\u00a0in 2022 and purchased\u00a0an LA penthouse<\/a>\u00a0that same year. Heather spoke about the move in an interview with Entertainment Tonight<\/a>, explaining how her kids played a big role in the decision.<\/p>\n

“With two kids at college, we\u2019ve been thinking about our next move,\u201d she told the outlet in 2022. \u201cWe just bought a cool penthouse in LA, and sometimes, the universe shows you the right direction. Change is exciting!\u201d<\/p>\n

Heather Dubrow sells Beverly Hills mansion amid renovations<\/p>\n

Fast-forward to the summer of 2023, when Heather and Terry purchased the aforementioned Beverly Hills home for $16 million. The couple quickly began renovating the 9,000-square-foot mansion, but ultimately scrapped those plans after realizing their vision\u00a0was too ambitious and costly<\/a>. She addressed the unfinished project in RHOC Season 19, Episode 4.<\/p>\n

“It’s hard when you know you’re walking away from a project to put one more dime in it,” she said in a confessional. “First, I thought of this as a failure because I can’t imagine not seeing the project through the end. But the more I think about this house, the more I realize how not viable it truly is for our family.”<\/p>\n

Will Heather Dubrow buy another house in the OC?<\/p>\n

Although Heather\u00a0still owns a home in the OC<\/a>, it appears she has no intentions of expanding her presence there. This was essentially confirmed in the\u00a0RHOC Season 19 finale, which referenced\u00a0her previous polygraph admission<\/a>\u00a0about wanting to join\u00a0The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills<\/a>\u00a0cast.<\/p>\n

“She doesn’t plan on buying a new place in Orange County\u2026 And that’s no lie,\u201d her finale update read.\u00a0<\/p>\n
