Kadokawa<\/a> revealed during\u00a0MF Bunko J<\/a>‘s Fall School Festival 2025 special livestream on Sunday the\u00a0Classroom of the Elite: Year 2 (Y\u014dkoso Jitsuryoku Shij\u014d Shugi no Ky\u014dshitsu e 4th Season 2-nen Sei Hen 1 Gakki<\/a>) anime<\/a> will premiere in April 2026, along with a key visual and new cast members. The new series is the fourth season of the overall anime franchise.<\/p>\n

Noriyuki Nomata<\/a> (Kujima Utaeba Ie Hororo<\/a>) is directing the season at Larche, and Yasushi Shigenobu<\/a> (Classroom of the Elite<\/a>, Boruto: Naruto Next Generations<\/a>) is overseeing the series scripts. Shigenobu is also writing the scripts with Ky\u014dko Katsuya<\/a> (Boruto: Naruto Next Generations, Classroom of the Elite). Maki K\u014dno<\/a> (The Kawai Complex Guide to Manors and Hostel Behavior<\/a>) is designing the characters. Satoki Iida<\/a> (Classroom of the Elite, Amagami SS<\/a>) is the sound director. Masaru Yokoyama<\/a> (Classroom of the Elite, Freezing<\/a>) and Kana Hashiguchi<\/a> (Classroom of the Elite, Young Ladies Don’t Play Fighting Games<\/a>) are composing the music at Lantis<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The new season will cover the first semester of year 2.<\/p>\n

The first season premiered in July 2017. Crunchyroll<\/a> streamed<\/a> the series, and Funimation<\/a> streamed<\/a> an English dub.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The second and third seasons adapt the original story’s complete first-year-student arc. The second season premiered<\/a> in July 2022. Crunchyroll streamed<\/a> the anime as it aired under the title Classroom of the Elite II<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The third<\/a> season premiered<\/a> in January 2024 and aired for 13 episodes, concluding the first-year arc. Crunchyroll streamed<\/a> the season as it aired in Japan.\u00a0<\/p>\n
