{"id":14343,"date":"2025-09-11T12:48:17","date_gmt":"2025-09-11T12:48:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/14343\/"},"modified":"2025-09-11T12:48:17","modified_gmt":"2025-09-11T12:48:17","slug":"ms-ireland-limerick-hub-special-preview-event-with-community","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/14343\/","title":{"rendered":"MS Ireland Limerick hub special preview event with community"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Board and CEO of MS Ireland gather on-site to mark the exciting next stage in the development of MS Ireland\u2019s new Limerick Hub, designed to support people living with MS in the Mid West.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>MS Ireland welcomed members of the community, supporters, and local stakeholders for a special preview event at its new Limerick Hub<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"740\" height=\"546\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Site-Launch-2.jpg\" alt=\"ms limerick hub ireland\" class=\"wp-image-354273\" style=\"width:455px;height:auto\"  \/>Dr Susan Coote, MS Ireland\u2019s Exercise and Physiotherapy Co-ordinator and Aoife Potter-Cogan, a service user from Limerick, review the architectural plans for the new centre<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ilovelimerick.ie\/?s=MS+Ireland\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">MS Ireland<\/a> welcomed members of the community, supporters, and local stakeholders to its upcoming <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ms-society.ie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Limerick Hub<\/a> for a special preview event held at Springfield, Singland Road on Wednesday, 10th September.<\/p>\n<p>The event, hosted on the site of the new building, offered guests an exclusive glimpse into MS Ireland\u2019s ambitious plans for a centre of excellence dedicated to rehabilitation, support, and inclusion for people living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and other neurological conditions.<\/p>\n<p>Visitors were invited to walk through the site, view architectural drawings, and engage with MS Ireland staff and volunteers over coffee, light refreshments, and open conversation. The new facility aims to address long-standing gaps in accessible, community-based neurological services in the region.<\/p>\n<p>MS Ireland expressed its sincere thanks to all who attended and engaged with the vision.
