{"id":14417,"date":"2025-09-11T13:29:06","date_gmt":"2025-09-11T13:29:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/14417\/"},"modified":"2025-09-11T13:29:06","modified_gmt":"2025-09-11T13:29:06","slug":"funding-for-cavan-monaghan-etb-will-support-mental-health","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/14417\/","title":{"rendered":"Funding for Cavan\/Monaghan ETB will support mental health"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Funding has been allocated to Cavan-Monaghan ETB for the provision of targeted youth supports.<\/p>\n<p>Minister Helen McEntee has announced the establishment of 10 new UBU Your Place Your Space youth services.<\/p>\n<p>It follows an additional \u20ac1.2 million allocation in Budget 2025.<\/p>\n<p>The new services will provide a youth worker-led &#8216;safe space&#8217; for up to 1,000 disadvantaged young people nationwide.<\/p>\n<p>ETBs will shortly issue calls for local youth organisations to apply to establish and deliver the new services under the funding.<\/p>\n<p>Senator Joe O&#8217;Reilly says the services will be vital for young people&#8217;s mental health:<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Funding has been allocated to Cavan-Monaghan ETB for the provision of targeted youth supports.
