LOS ANGELES — For 30 years, Shepard Faireys work has been a staple of the art world, with pieces like the Obama “Hope” poster and his OBEY campaign.<\/p>\n

The American artist and activist has created prolific protest posters, and his aesthetic became iconic, especially through the medium of propaganda.<\/p>\n

Now, his full body of work is in the spotlight at Beyond The Streets art gallery in West Hollywood for a retrospective showcase.<\/p>\n

The collection will feature 400 pieces by Fairey, along with a retro television set installation looping archival footage of his old interviews and street work.<\/p>\n

“With every image I make, Im hoping that it can capture the zeitgeist, capture that moment of whats going on in the world,” he said.<\/p>\n

“Continuing to make an effort and putting your ideas out into the world ultimately has a really strong cumulative effect that you can look at and be really proud of.”<\/p>\n

“Shepard Fairey: Out of Print” runs from Nov. 15 to Jan. 11, 2026, at Beyond The Streets art gallery. <\/p>\n
