height: 339.062px;\"\/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Via Arthur Ellis Photography<\/p>\n<p>The exhibition, which launched at the Woodlands House Hotel in Adare today, also supports two local charities, Cliona\u2019s Foundation and the Irish MPS Society.<\/p>\n<p>From well-known personalities to unsung local heroes, each image captures the pride, resilience, and spirit that define Limerick\u2019s character.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/691df58e5cf55.jpg\" style=\"width: 485.994px; height: 324.403px;\"\/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Via Arthur Ellis Photography<\/p>\n<p>Speaking to Joe Nash on Live95&#8217;s Limerick Today, Byrne said he tried to get Limerick characters in their own environment, for example, a rugby player who knits in his spare time, sitting at home.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;&#8230;maybe the hurlers or something, I didn&#8217;t want to take them in their hurling gear or anything, you know, because you&#8217;ve lots of that, [I wanted] something different&#8221;.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis project has always been about more than photography,\u201d says Cormac. \u201cIt\u2019s about honouring the people who make Limerick what it is, resilient, creative, and full of heart.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He says the reaction from his first Chapter of portraits has been amazing, saying he gets emails from people who looked through the collection to kill time at the hospital, and it made them forget about what was going on their lives.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>All portraits are available for purchase, with proceeds supporting the two local charities. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/691df58bda416.jpg\" style=\"width: 475px;
