After weeks of speculation, the Dubliner will arrive in the Australian bush in tonight\u2019s episode, four days into Virgin Media\u2019s reality show, alongside actor Tom Read Wilson.<\/p>\n

After turning 40 last month, the My Therapist Ghosted Me podcast co-host said she took on the challenge in the Australian jungle to step out of her comfort zone.<\/p>\n

\u201cI always thought I wouldn\u2019t do it, because I\u2019ve gotten too comfortable in my life. I like to have eight hours of sleep, I like to eat nice things, I like to just chill out, and I never put myself out of my comfort zone,\u201d Williams said.<\/p>\n

\u201cThen, when I turned 40, I started to get scared of ridiculous things. I didn\u2019t want to be this person. Doing this is such a massive life experience, and it is not something you can pay to do. So now I am 40, I think it will be pretty cool to do I\u2019m A Celebrity\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n

However, the mother of three said she is \u201cvery worried about missing her kids\u201d. She has two sons, aged seven and three, and one daughter aged four.<\/p>\n

\u201cI am scared of everything, but I think what I am going to struggle with the most is missing my children. I have never been away this long before, and I spend such a huge amount of time with them,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

Williams said her phobias include \u201ceverything\u201d, but added that \u201cit\u2019s good to face\u201d them. \u201cI think I have a level of fear around most things, and I don\u2019t normally spend time around insects. I know people get stuck in coffins, and I am not looking forward to that either,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

The model and influencer said that this show is tougher than anything she has ever taken on before, including Bear Grylls: Mission Survive.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think this is going to be harder because when I did that, I had no responsibilities. I had nobody at home. I was braver back then, too,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

She will not be the first in the family to appear on the show. Her husband, Spencer Matthews, who is \u201creally happy\u201d for his wife to take on the challenge, took part in 2015, but withdrew from the camp after a few days.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe is excited, and he thinks I will enjoy it,\u201d Williams said. \u201cBut he is going to be doing his next challenge when I am in the middle of doing this. Thankfully, I have got a big Irish family who are helping us [with childcare].\u201d<\/p>\n

She said she will definitely be having a shower in the camp “because I don\u2019t want to be smelly”, but says she doesn\u2019t think she will ever be as iconic as previous contestant, Myleene Klass, who famously wore a white bikini in the showers.<\/p>\n

\u201c I don\u2019t think I will be doing a Myleene,\u201d she said, referring to the 2006 viral moment.<\/p>\n

She will join the cast of celebrity contestants, including actor and musician Martin Kemp, Jack Osbourne and British rapper Aitch.<\/p>\n

Her earnings from the reality series are reported to be as high as \u20ac500,000.<\/p>\n
