According to him, \u201cThe 1 thing between now and the end of the year, do not gain any weight. That&#8217;s it.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>To make that happen, he breaks it down into five practical steps:<\/p>\n<p> 1. Exercise 20 times in the next 6 weeks<\/p>\n<p>\u201cExercise at least 20 times between now and the end of the year\u2026 It\u2019s just 6 weeks.\u201d This averages out to just over three workouts a week.<\/p>\n<p> 2. Walk 8,000\u201310,000 steps daily<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou need not do this in 1 shot\u2026 How exactly you do it doesn\u2019t matter, but make sure it happens.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>   3. Include a protein and a vegetable in every meal<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt can be any protein, any <a class=\"backlink\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.hindustantimes.com\/topic\/vegetable\" data-vars-page-type=\"story\" data-vars-link-type=\"Manual\" data-vars-anchor-text=\"vegetable\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">vegetable<\/a>, just make sure it\u2019s not oily, fried, creamy or rich.\u201d<\/p>\n<p> 4. Avoid overeating<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf you can, slightly under-eat; if you can\u2019t, eat to satiety, but make sure you\u2019re not eating to fullness.\u201d<\/p>\n<p> 5. Track your body weight regularly<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEvery day, every other day\u2026 you decide. But make sure you\u2019re always aware of what your body weight is.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ganpath emphasises that this awareness is what keeps you consistent and accountable.
