According to the online fitness coach, you can pair avocado with eggs, Greek yoghurt with berries, or cottage cheese with chia seeds.<\/p>\n<p>Capozziello says the protein-and-fibre combination \u201chelps me feel my best\u201d. \u201cYou can have the muffin, the bagel, the coffee cake! Have what you want. Add what you need later,\u201d she adds.<\/p>\n<p>    30 minutes of physical activity<\/p>\n<p>Julie says it is essential to engage in physical activities for at least 30 minutes. According to her, going for a walk is as effective as anything else. You can consider \u201cexploring the new place you\u2019re in\u201d, and it \u201ccan be literally at any point of the day,\u201d adds Julie.<\/p>\n<p>She further shared that one of her clients dropped 23 lbs by following her routine despite \u201ctravels during her six-month wedding transformation\u201d.<\/p>\n<p> Avoid alcohol<\/p>\n<p>Capozziello does not prefer alcohol. She says she likes to limit herself to \u201c1-2 fun drinks per day\u201d. Fitness enthusiasts tend to avoid desserts. However, Capozziello says you can have dessert if you really like it. In addition, hit the gym occasionally. \u201cIf you are going somewhere, like visiting parents for Thanksgiving for 7-10 days, you can check if a local gym has a free week pass\u201d.<\/p>\n<p> Things to carry<\/p>\n<p>When you are travelling, Julie Capozziello says you should carry these things with you: Protein powder, protein bars, chomps sticks, a water bottle, daily vitamins, gym clothes, and sneakers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHave fun and do not stress\u201d, says Capozziello. \u201cDon\u2019t do anything extreme or different.
