The anime will air for two consecutive\u00a0cours<\/a>\u00a0(quarter of a year).<\/p>\n

Daisuke Yoshida<\/a>\u00a0(Idol Incidents<\/a>,\u00a0Blue Exorcist: Beyond the Snow Saga<\/a>) is directing the anime at\u00a0Studio VOLN<\/a>.\u00a0Naho \u014ctsuki<\/a>\u00a0(key animator for\u00a0Lycoris Recoil<\/a>,\u00a0Back Arrow<\/a>) and\u00a0Nami Fujii<\/a>\u00a0(key animator for\u00a0My Hero Academia<\/a>\u00a0seasons 6 and 7) are designing the characters for animation, and\u00a0Sh\u016bhei Mutsuki<\/a>\u00a0(Spy\u00d7Family<\/a>\u00a0three seasons) is composing the music.<\/p>\n

Fumiaki Maruto<\/a>\u00a0(Saekano: How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend<\/a>\u00a0light novel author and anime scriptwriter) is overseeing and writing the series scripts.\u00a0Hidari<\/a>\u00a0(Santa Company<\/a>,\u00a0Fractale<\/a>,\u00a0Phantom in the Twilight<\/a>) is the original character designer.<\/p>\n

Other staff members include:<\/p>\n

The in-story unit SI-VIS performs both the opening theme song “So Far Away” and the ending theme song “Friends & Smile” for the anime’s first half.\u00a0Taisho<\/a>\u00a0is handling the vocals in songs for YOSUKE, the leader of SI-VIS.<\/p>\n

The story centers on the members of the SI-VIS co-ed vocal unit that is wildly popular both inside and outside Japan. Their true secret identity is a group of heroes who fight against a mysterious calamity threatening to destroy the world named “Mirage.” Through their live performances, they gather the power to fight.<\/p>\n
