Festivities will kick off with the with The Late Late Toy Show this Friday.<\/p>\n

This years theme is being kept under wraps so far, but trailer shared earlier this month shows Patrick Kielty and his team of astronauts on a spaceship. <\/p>\n

The schedule will also include original programming such as Callan Kicks the Year and Fair City\u2019s Christmas special.<\/p>\n

Brendan Courtney will take director Jim Sheridan on a trip down memory lane on Keys to My Life and there is special snow-filled instalment of High Road Low Road as chef Kevin Dundon and social media sensation Kayleigh Trappe jet off to Austria.<\/p>\n

Other seasonal shows include Christmas in Kilmainham presented by Marty Whelan.<\/p>\n

Dallas legend Patrick Duffy, who played character Bobby Ewing, will touch down in Ireland for a whistle stop tour of the country\u2019s cosiest pubs in Duffy\u2019s Pub.<\/p>\n

Meatloaf: From Hell and to Connacht will bring viewers back to Ireland in 1990, when the legendary US rock star performed in some of the island’s most unlikely venues. Daniel O\u2019Connell – The Emancipator will explore one of the most significant periods in Irish history while marking the 250th anniversary of his birth.<\/p>\n

For music lovers, Westlife will be on stage in London\u2019s Royal Albert Hall as Nicky Byrne, Kian Egan and Shane Filan perform their hits in a TV special ahead of their homecoming residency in 2026.<\/p>\n

There will also be music documentaries showcasing the careers of Elton John, Billy Joel, Andrea Bocelli and ABBA.<\/p>\n
