Mayo, at approximately 11:30am on Saturday, 29th November 2025.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">A male in his 50s was pronounced deceased at the scene. His body was removed from the scene for a post-mortem examination.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">The Health and Safety Authority (HSA) has been notified and will conduct its own investigation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">A file will be prepared for the Coroner.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Garda\u00ed and emergency services responded to a fatal workplace accident at a premises near Tourmakeady, Co.
