Architecture and urban design firm Lorcan O’Herlihy Architects [LOHA]<\/a> is hiring for an Intermediate Architect<\/a> and a Project Lead<\/a> in Los Angeles. The Intermediate Architect should have four-plus years of experience and be proficient with Revit, Rhino, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite. The Project Lead role requires eight-plus years of experience in all phases of the design process, as well as a familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Revit, and Rhino. The Project Lead should have strong skills in client communications, project scheduling, and construction administration, among others.<\/p>\n

In New York City, HLW International<\/a> has three exciting roles available: an Intermediate\/Senior Project Architect<\/a> with eleven-plus years of experience and proficiency with Revit, an Interior Designer\/Architectural Designer<\/a> with five to ten years of experience and proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, 3D modeling\/rendering software, Adobe Creative Suite, Teams, and Microsoft Office, and an Interior Project Architect\/Job Captain<\/a> with five to ten years of experience and proficiency with Revit. Each role requires strong and clear communication skills.<\/p>\n

The role also calls for a motivated, independent, flexible, and cooperative problem solver with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.<\/p>\n
