Dezeen Showroom In Situ:<\/a> the sixth iteration of our In Situ series details spas<\/a> and hotels<\/a> worldwide where products from our furniture<\/a> directory help foster serenity and relaxation.<\/p>\n

With 2025 drawing to a close, we’ve rounded up five contemplative hotels, guesthouses<\/a> and spas furnished by products we have published on Dezeen Showroom.<\/p>\n

From spas in New York<\/a> and Perth<\/a> to hotels in Barcelona<\/a> and Mykonos<\/a>, the following projects feature Dezeen Showroom lighting<\/a>, seating<\/a>, and bathroom<\/a> products.<\/p>\n

Array lighting by Umut Yamac for Vibia in Les Clarisses boutique hotel, Spain<\/a><\/p>\n

Threads pulled taut between aluminium rings comprise these statement pendant lights created by architect and designer Umut Yamac for local brand Vibia<\/a>.<\/p>\n

A trio of pieces from the Array lighting<\/a> range float in the lofty lobby of this Barcelona hotel<\/a>, which dates from the 17th century and was, at one point, a convent.<\/p>\n

Interior designer Susanna Cots came up with the scheme, which also features Vibia’s Flamingo lights<\/a> in a private dining room within one of the hotel’s restaurants.<\/p>\n

“Vibia’s Array collection was chosen for its ability to harmonise and fill the space with light while maintaining a sense of calm and balance,” Vibia told Dezeen.<\/p>\n

“Its delicate structure and floating form bring movement and softness to the hotel lobby \u2014 a poetic gesture that welcomes guests with warmth and serenity, perfectly in tune with the building\u2019s historic soul.”<\/p>\n

Milos outdoor collection by Jean-Marie Massaud for Vondom in Lovia Mykonos hotel, Greece<\/a><\/p>\n

Lozenge-shaped cushions and rounded edges characterise this collection by French designer\u00a0Jean-Marie Massaud<\/a> for Spanish brand\u00a0Vondom<\/a>, which contains sun loungers among other tables and seating.<\/p>\n

Like the rest of the Milos outdoor collection<\/a>, the sun loungers were designed according to Mediterranean landscapes, and how the sea wind and tides smooth rocks over time.<\/p>\n

These influences made the loungers, in their single- and double-width versions, a logical choice for the pool<\/a> terrace of the Lovia Mykonos hotel<\/a> on the island of Mykonos<\/a>, which overlooks the island’s topography and the Aegean sea beyond.<\/p>\n

“Milos was specified for Lovia Mykonos as a high-end, hospitality-ready collection that unites design and nature,” Vondom told Dezeen.<\/p>\n

“Its new premium materials \u2014 cream-tone aluminium, Glad Desert performance fabrics and iroko wood details \u2014 echo the island’s palette while delivering durability and comfort at luxury-hotel standards; by the infinity pool, the loungers and daybeds create a serene, Mediterranean setting worthy of the Aegean.”<\/p>\n

Vieques Outdoor bathroom collection by Patricia Urquiola for Agape in Masseria Dagilupi, Italy<\/a><\/p>\n

Despite being designed for outdoor bathing, Italian bathroom company Agape<\/a>‘s Vieques Outdoor bathroom collection<\/a> is equally at home inside a bathroom within this Masseria in southern Italy<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The collection, which contains a countertop sink, freestanding washbasin and a bathtub, was informed by old-fashioned outdoor tubs made from tin.<\/p>\n

Iroko wood accessories \u2013 including hook-on shelves and a backrest for the tub \u2013 are available for use in tandem with the range, and feature in the space, which was designed by local studio Corsaro Architetti<\/a>.<\/p>\n

“The choice of the Vieques bathtub and washbasin collection was obvious when it came to selecting a piece that could exist in a white, mineral and stripped interior,” Corsaro Architetti told Dezeen.<\/p>\n

“The clean and vertical design of the washbasins and the bathtub underlines the roundness of the vaults and niches, the white metal converses with the stone of the whitewashed walls and the wooden accessories contribute to creating a paradoxically warm atmosphere.”<\/p>\n

\"Spa<\/p>\n

Offcut wall sconce by Nightworks in Ember Bath House, Australia<\/a><\/p>\n

Nestled in an innocuous former warehouse in central Perth<\/a>, Ember Bath House<\/a> has an earthy, tactile interior scheme that features sconce lighting<\/a> by New Zealand brand Nightworks Studio<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Offcut wall sconce<\/a> ties in with the space’s wider aesthetic via its backplate, which is made from roughly-hewn offcuts of pale travertine<\/a> stone, a nod to the chunks of stone that are found throughout the interior.<\/p>\n

Its teacup-shaped bulb emits a warm, inviting glow, creating low mood lighting in the dressing area.<\/p>\n

“Studio Traces looks to lighting design that is crafted and sculptural for design specifications, often reaching out to bespoke companies with a balance of raw and natural materials with advanced lighting technology in combination, as Nightworks Studio is known for,” Tracy Zorich, creative director of Studio Traces, told Dezeen.<\/p>\n

“We were drawn to the tactile nature of the Offcut wall sconce, which connected with the materiality and earthy qualities of Ember Bathhouse.”<\/p>\n

Cloverleaf sofa by Verner Panton for Verpan in S10 spa, USA<\/a><\/p>\n

The common area of this spa and fitness club<\/a> in Manhattan’s West Village<\/a> is home to a Cloverleaf sofa<\/a> upholstered in powder pink fabric.<\/p>\n

The modular sofa was originally designed in 1969 by Danish designer\u00a0Verner Panton<\/a> and is now manufactured design company Verpan<\/a>. It is named after its undulating, lobed shape, reminiscent of the leaf of a four-leaf clover.<\/p>\n

Architecture studio B\u00fcro Koray Duman<\/a> selected the piece in this blush-hued colourway to complement the pale birch plywood cladding on the walls of the space, as well as to provide double-sided seating for clients.<\/p>\n

“We found the sofa to be very versatile in a public space: it is located in the common area where clients hang out before or after their spa appointments, and the sofa allows privacy if needed or can easily facilitate conversations with fellow customers,” B\u00fcro Koray Duman told Dezeen.<\/p>\n

“The piece is also very sculptural, which is great \u2013 we had a tight space to place only a central element, and we wanted it to make a statement.”<\/p>\n
