\u201c1000-lb Sisters\u201d stars Tammy and Amy Slaton are feuding. <\/p>\n
In a new trailer<\/a> for season 8 of the TLC reality series, Tammy tells cameras that it feels like she and Amy are \u201cdrifting apart.\u201d <\/p>\n \u201cShe should be my best friend,\u201d Tammy adds.<\/p>\n Elsewhere in the teaser, Tammy and Amy\u2019s brother, Chris Combs, says \u201cevery other word\u201d in the family group chat is \u201can f-bomb\u201d thanks to the sisters\u2019 recent \u201cbig blowup\u201d fight.<\/p>\n Chris does his best to mediate, telling Amy that \u201cfamilies are supposed to pull together\u201d no matter what.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m not gonna sit here and have you feed me this bologna when I don\u2019t like bologna,\u201d Amy replies. <\/p>\n Tammy, for her part, tells Chris that \u201cif Amy keeps her mouth shut, so would I.\u201d<\/p>\n Some of the sisters\u2019 tension stems from Amy\u2019s wedding to Brian Lovvorn and unkind comments that Tammy made about Amy\u2019s parenting skills. (Amy shares sons Gage, 5, and Glenn, 3, with ex-husband Michael Halterman.)<\/p>\n \u201cThe wedding is in, like, six months. It\u2019s really important for the venue to be haunted because that\u2019s the symbol of our love. My family, they don\u2019t want nothing to do with it, and neither does Queen Tammy,\u201d Amy says sarcastically.<\/p>\n Later in the trailer, it\u2019s revealed that Tammy called Amy \u201ca deadbeat mom.\u201d <\/p>\n \u201cI can\u2019t handle her toxic a\u2013 no more. During season 1, the sisters had a combined weight of around 1,000 pounds, with Tammy weighing 608 pounds and Amy weighing 406. <\/p>\n Tammy has lost over 500 pounds<\/a> over the past several years, while Amy has lost around 200. Tammy also had her loose skin removed<\/a>, a procedure that was documented on season 7 of \u201c1000-lb Sisters.\u201d<\/p>\n While Tammy and Amy\u2019s relationship is at an impasse right now, the sisters are both moving forward in other areas of their lives. Amy\u2019s October wedding to Lovvorn will be shown on season 8 of \u201c1000-lb Sisters,\u201d as will Tammy\u2019s engagement<\/a> to Andrea Dalton. <\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m just kind of starting to figure out what I want to do in life,\u201d Tammy says in the trailer during her first job interview at an animal shelter. <\/p>\n
