But I\u2019ve also realised that I may have been taking the easy route with the likes of barre, reformer Pilates, girly-whirly movement and so on (Tread &amp; Shred at Perpetua being the only exception). Meanwhile, the big scary gym classes have been ignored. Well, it\u2019s a strength-and-conditioning training style that mixes weightlifting, gymnastics and high-intensity cardio. Think running, rowing, jumping, panting, screaming and crying all in the one class.
