Ruby Wax has become the fifth contestant to be booted from this year’s season of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!<\/a> as viewers fumed the show is rigged following her departure.<\/p>\n

Hosts Ant and Dec<\/a> made their return to camp to reveal the results of the latest public vote, as the camp begins to get smaller as we get closer to Sunday nights finale.<\/p>\n

The final decision was left between Ruby and Lisa Riley<\/a>, with the Emmerdale star admitting, “It’s me, I know it,” moments before Ant and Dec confirmed that Ruby would in fact be the one leaving the jungle.<\/p>\n

Ruby’s departure marked the end of her 19-day stint in camp, during which she clearly made a strong impression on her fellow campmates. Their emotional reactions spoke volumes, as several campmates looked visibly devastated, with Ginge burying his head in his hands while both Lisa and Tom were seen wiping away tears.<\/p>\n

During her exit interview, Ruby revealed she managed to “totally forget” there was live outside of camp, as she called her fellow contestants her “family”.<\/p>\n

“I totally forgot the outside world, we were very bonded. They were friendly and I am sad I have lost them….I was their Queen, how could I be abducted. I can’t believe I have been voted out,” she said.<\/p>\n

After Kelly Brook’s exit last night where she revealed there was more than ten milk bottles from the dingle dollars challenge, Ruby was informed the truth.<\/p>\n

Ant and Dec revealed there were actually 20 bottles, to which Ruby looked stunned before stating: “I cannot believe it. I have to punish them when they come out. I\u2019ll deal with it.”<\/p>\n

Ruby revealed she would like to see Ginge be crowned at the King of the Jungle, stating that he was the “strongest” and that she would “put money” on him winning the show.<\/p>\n

Before walking over the iconic exit bridge, Ruby asked Ant and Dec if she could take her Champagne with her, prompting the pair to laugh out loud.<\/p>\n

Ruby was met by her husband Ed Bye, as the pair shared a sweet reunion hug before the end credits rolled.<\/p>\n

Fans were quick to take to social media to share their reaction to the news, with many heartbroken to see the 72-year-old leave. Taking to X, formally known as Twitter, one user wrote: “As if this day couldn\u2019t get any worse, Ruby gets voted out from I\u2019m A Celeb.”<\/p>\n

With another user stating: “I\u2019m A Celeb is so rigged what do you mean Ruby Wax has been voted out not my queen,” as a third said: “Never in my life did i think that was going to be today’s I’m A Celeb departure.”<\/p>\n
