Lisa exclusively spoke with\u00a0The Daily Dish\u00a0in November, where she opened up about Pandora’s current role in the restaurant empire that she shares with her husband, Ken Todd<\/a>. “Pandora’s very, very involved in the business,” she explained.<\/p>\n

“So my daughter’s very involved,” she continued, opening up about Pandora’s role in their non-profit organization, The Vanderpump Dog Foundation<\/a>, which launched in 2016 to improve the well-being of dogs around the world. “She runs my 501c3 at the Vanderpump Dog Foundation, which is a huge undertaking. We’re having our gala in a minute.”<\/p>\n

“I see her, I rely on her because she’s an incredible businesswoman, and to me, I’m very proud of that,” she noted. “The fact that she treats people with kindness, but she rules with an iron fist, and I’m proud of that as a young woman.”<\/p>\n

And Lisa could see her taking over the family business, eventually. “Yeah, she’ll definitely step into my shoes,” she concluded.<\/p>\n

Over the years, Pandora has also been involved in her family’s portfolio of brands, including the Vanderpump Wines company as well as with their restaurants<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Does Lisa Vanderpump’s son, Max Vanderpump-Todd, still work for her?<\/p>\n

Although Pandora is busy with the family business, Lisa’s son is no longer working for her.<\/a> She opened up to\u00a0The Daily Dish\u00a0about Max’s former roles while working for her and Ken.<\/p>\n

“Max wants a different life,” she admitted. “He did work in the business. He worked as a dishwasher, then as a busser, then as a runner, then as a waiter, then as a manager.”<\/p>\n

Lisa Vanderpump opens up more about her kids, Pandora and Max<\/p>\n

Max and Pandora’s hard work is just one of the skills that she instilled in them from a young age. She elaborated on this, noting to “believe in kids.” “If you spoil them, they end up spoiled. So it’s that simple,” she said.<\/p>\n

“I don’t mean spoil them materially,” she continued. “Of course, my kids grew up with a very privileged life, but I believe in hard work, so yeah, I didn’t give them everything. I made them work for it. And I think starting washing dishes is a great place to start.”<\/p>\n
