Ireland\u2019s Tooth Fairy explained, \u201cWell it&#8217;s a lot to do with stress but then a lot of people are doing it during the nighttime. So people are literally doing a CrossFit class with their jaw in the middle of the night and then wondering why they&#8217;re waking up with a tired jaw or tension in the muscles.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"indo-ebe0ecc6_root indo-ebe0ecc6_paragraph indo-300db776_none indo-91174671_primary indo-1d70522a_marginbottom5 indo-1d70522a_margintop0 indo-b48c4984_inherit\" style=\"color:var(--color-primary-80)\">I asked the dental expert about the acid damage caused by fruit. She highlighted, \u201cif you&#8217;re having your fruit with food, you&#8217;re doing no damage.
