\n Since its closure, the area became a hotspot for anti-social behaviour, according to locals, and was the subject of several planning applications for housing – the most recent was approved in 2023.\n<\/p>\n

\n Submitted by Clare Johnson of Livin Housing, the artwork will be rust-brown in appearance and will not impact any new vehicular or pedestrian routes on Moulders Park, Merrington Lane.\n<\/p>\n
\n A Fast Track Report noted: ‘The sculpture is small-scale and constructed in a high-quality design and material.’\n<\/p>\n
\n ‘It will integrate visually with the modern development and enhance local character.’\n<\/p>\n
