\n\tOn the heels of an explosive first-season finale \u2014\u00a0which Wilson dissected with The Hollywood Reporter<\/a> this week, teasing \u201cmore juice\u201d to be squeezed from their characters \u2014 the good news for the streamer\u2019s latest Mick Herron adaptation came swiftly on Friday.<\/p>\n

\n\tSeason two will reunite Zo\u00eb (Thompson) and Sarah (Wilson) chasing down another twisted mystery, according to Apple TV. After a woman falls in front of a train, Zo\u00eb is called in to investigate, but this seemingly simple case soon upends her life as she and Sarah find themselves navigating the glamorous but ruthless world of black market antiquities. Matters take a deadly turn when they stumble into the path of a brutal serial killer who will stop at nothing to cover up his crimes.<\/p>\n

\n\tApple TV\u2019s creative director, Europe, Jay Hunt, said: \u201cAudiences around the world fell in love with Down Cemetery Road and I am glad the unlikely duo of Zo\u00eb and Sarah will be back with their unique form of acerbic wit.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tProduced by 60Forty Films, Down Cemetery Road is written by Morwenna Banks (Funny Woman), who also serves as executive producer alongside Jamie Laurenson, Hakan Kousetta and Tom Nash at 60Forty Films, Thompson and author Mick Herron, also known for Slow Horses.
