Now, a brand new MCU rumor has seemingly revealed their characters\u2019 potential roles in the current phase of the franchise. <\/p>\n<p>What\u2019s the potential MCU future for Hawkeye stars?<\/p>\n<p>According to The Cosmic Circus\u2019 Alex Perez, Steinfeld\u2019s Kate Bishop will reportedly be working with Iman Vellani\u2019s Kamala Khan\/Ms. Marvel as the leaders of the \u201cYoung Avengers initiative.\u201d He also teased that fans might finally see them soon, after they briefly appeared onscreen together at the end of 2023\u2019s The Marvels. This is actually in line with the circulating reports about the rumored development of a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.superherohype.com\/tag\/young-avengers\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Young Avengers<\/a> series called Champions. <\/p>\n<p>As for Renner\u2019s Clint Barton, the insider seemingly hinted that the Avengers vet\u2019s return in future MCU projects might not be part of Marvel Studios\u2019 current plans, especially when the character already got the peaceful family life ending he wanted at the end of Hawkeye. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cKate Bishop is spearheading the Young Avengers initiative with Kamala. So expect to see them soon,\u201d Perez teased. \u201cAs for Clint, honestly, he can stay retired. His ending is fine as is. Poor guy has been trying to live a quiet life for years.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This update comes after Renner recently confirmed that he<a href=\"https:\/\/www.superherohype.com\/movies\/635582-original-avengers-star-not-returning-for-doomsday-or-secret-wars\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"> won\u2019t be involved<\/a> in Avengers: Doomsday or Avengers: Secret Wars. The first season of Hawkeye was led by head writer Jonathan Igla, with\u00a0Amber Finlayson &amp; Katie Ellwood, aka Bert and Bertie, and Rhys Thomas serving as directors.
