We\u2019ve all been there: that impossible-to-reach itch that has you twisting, stretching, and generally looking ridiculous while trying to get relief. Wildlife photographer Neil Simmons was visiting Yellowstone National Park when he spotted a grizzly bear in the exact same predicament, and it\u2019s the cutest thing you\u2019ll see today!<\/p>\n
The bear starts out lying on her back in the snow, then shifts into what can only be described as an accidental yoga pose. She even uses a chunk of snow to scratch her head and neck before rolling over to work on her belly. The whole scene is hilariously entertaining and totally relatable!<\/p>\n
We know the feeling, Grizzly! Neil<\/a> shared more about the silly bear in the caption, “Ever had that one itch you just can\u2019t scratch? The most amusing bear I\u2019ve ever watched has to be \u201cJam\u201d in Yellowstone. When she woke up from hibernation<\/a> this year, she seemed to have the most entertaining ways to scratch herself.”<\/p>\n In another Instagram post<\/a>, Neil describes the playful bear<\/a>, “One of the goofiest bears we have in the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem is the 4-year-old bear, Jam. Watching her through the years, she has finally figured out what it takes to be a bear on her own. Her mom, Raspberry, kept her for 3.5 years, where most moms keep their cubs for 2.5 years. Being with her mom was probably helpful to her survival, but it also made her very dependent.
