Leeds United’s pointless away day hoodoo has ended with a 1-1 draw at Brentford.<\/p>\n
A largely poor game saw Brentford break the deadlock on 70 minutes when Jordan Henderson passed the ball into the net off Jaka Bijol’s outstretched leg.<\/p>\n
Daniel Farke’s changes worked once again, with substitute Wilfried Gnonto planting a cross onto the head of Dominic Calvert-Lewin to get his fourth goal in as many games eight minutes from time.<\/p>\n
That marks United’s first points on the road since mid September, with the Whites three points above the drop zone amid a three-game unbeaten run.<\/p>\n
Lucas Perri – Made a decent save from Lewis-Potter but distribution was really poor. Even Daniel Farke was visibly irked. 6<\/p>\n
Jayden Bogle – Played numerous clever balls up field or across the box. Was a key attacking outlet with boundless energy. Was lax for Brentford’s opener, mind. 8<\/p>\n
Joe Rodon – Was seen galloping up the pitch in what was a weird sight. Got caught out with a ball in behind in the first half and again for the Brentford. 7<\/p>\n
Jaka Bijol – Takes out both friend and foe when clearing away a header. Was unlucky with the Brentford goal but was taken off afterwards. 7<\/p>\n
Pascal Strujik – Watched his man really well in the first 20 minutes, heading countless balls clear yet was liable to a loose ball and lost confidence after one of them led to a great chance for Brentford. Was then beaten a few times in the second half. 6<\/p>\n
Gabriel Gudmundsson – Showed some neat touches in tight areas and got up the left flank with good production. 8<\/p>\n
Anton Stach – Ventured forward nicely, getting himself into some promising areas and either crossing or winning a corner more times than not. 7<\/p>\n
Ethan Ampadu – Resumed his quarter-back role in the second half after a quiet first – and not only in terms of his throws. Wasn’t afraid to trickle his way forward if the opportunity required so. 8<\/p>\n
Ao Tanaka – Lost the ball a few times and wasn’t as effective going forward. No surprise he was brought off. 5<\/p>\n
Dominic Calvert-Lewin – Got a goal he deserved after a frustrating afternoon of little to feed off. Sometimes had to turn provider himself in the first half with a few good crosses. 7<\/p>\n
Noah Okafor – Always in the action, he got in behind twice before skewing one over from short distance in the first half, so has to be marked down. 6<\/p>\n

James Justin (on 89′ for Gudmundsson) – Came on too late for a rating. N\/A<\/p>\n
Brenden Aaronson (on 73′ for Bijol) – Added energy and was lively. 7<\/p>\n
Wilfried Gnonto (on 73′ for Tanaka) – Perfect ball for the goal after adding the needed impetus when he came on. 7<\/p>\n
Jack Harrison (on 90+2′ for Okafor) – Came on too late for a rating. N\/A<\/p>\n
