Amazon MGM Studios releases director Kyle Balda<\/a>\u2019s mystery film in theaters May 8, 2026. Emma Thompson<\/a>, Nicholas Braun<\/a>, Nicholas Galitzine<\/a>, Molly Gordon<\/a> and Hong Chau<\/a> round out the cast. The performers voicing the flock of sheep are Julia Louis-Dreyfus<\/a>, Bryan Cranston<\/a>, Chris O\u2019Dowd<\/a>, Regina Hall<\/a>, Patrick Stewart<\/a>, Bella Ramsey<\/a>, Brett Goldstein<\/a> and Rhys Darby<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Sheep Detectives<\/a> centers on George (Jackman), who reads detective novels to his sheep as he puts them to sleep. When a shocking crime rattles the farm, the sheep must work together to lead the investigation.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe found George on the grass, and he\u2019s not moving,\u201d one of the sheep says in the trailer. \u201cOur shepherd was murdered.\u201d<\/p>\n
