Six years ago, we wrote about legendary photographer David Hurn and how he was shooting with a Fujifilm X-Pro2<\/a> \u2014 and, more importantly, what he had to say about it<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Fast forward six years, and a new video featuring David Hurn has surfaced online. And guess what? He\u2019s still walking around with the very same Fujifilm X-Pro2, quietly documenting whatever crosses his path.<\/p>\n

This is probably the worst possible thing that could happen to Fujifilm\u2019s marketing department \u2014 because it proves that \u201colder\u201d cameras are still more than capable of producing wonderful images and we don\u2019t always need the latest and greatest.<\/p>\n

In other words, who needs the Fujifilm X-Pro4, right? ;). All it takes is a photographer who spends more time walking, observing, and shooting than comparing charts, specs, and autofocus graphs.<\/p>\n

And yes, I\u2019m mocking myself here. So don\u2019t feel offended \u2014 this is a message primarily addressed to my humble self: go out, walk\u2026 walk a lot\u2026 and shoot more.<\/p>\n

That said, the video itself is genuinely fascinating. At just six minutes long, it feels more like a 15-second YouTube Short \u2014 in the best possible way. Which is my way of saying: go watch it. You\u2019ll enjoy every second.<\/p>\n

And on that note, I\u2019m heading out shooting now. I\u2019ll grab my eight-year-old Fujifilm X-E3<\/a> \u2014 a camera I\u2019ve completely ignored since getting the (wonderful) Fujifilm X-E5<\/a> (to be honest, I have also ignored my Fujifilm X-T5<\/a> since I have the X-E5).<\/p>\n

Time to fix that.<\/p>\n
