The actor, 50, was slated to attend Stranger Things: The Final Season Celebration \u2014 an event at the Paley Center in New York City on Thursday, Dec. 18 \u2014 but is no longer listed as an expected attendee on the red carpet. He is also not listed for the screening and conversation on the venue’s website<\/a>.<\/p>\n Another series star who will not be in attendance includes Millie Bobby Brown<\/a>, who is sitting out following a recent injury<\/a>. Finn Wolfhard<\/a>, Gaten Matarazzo<\/a>, Noah Schnapp<\/a>, Caleb McLaughlin<\/a> and Maya Hawke<\/a> are cast members set to attend.<\/p>\n The expected absence follows a Wednesday, Dec. 17 report from TMZ<\/a> about the actor apparently taking a man’s hat at a Encinitas, Calif. gastropub and leaving with it over the weekend.<\/p>\n PEOPLE has reached out to a representative for Harbour for comment.<\/p>\n Emma McIntyre\/Getty<\/p>\n David Harbour attends the 30th Annual Critics Choice Awards on Feb. 7, 2025<\/p>\n Related: https:\/\/people-app.onelink.me\/HNIa\/kz7l4cuf<\/a><\/p>\n According to TMZ, which cites footage of the incident, Harbour could be seen entering a gastropub on Saturday, Dec. 13 and exiting a short time after with a hat in his hand, encouraging someone to “f—— get me.” The patron then followed Harbour, asked “what the f\u2014- did I do to you” and eventually retrieved his hat and returned to the bar, per TMZ, which reports that the incident did not become physical.<\/p>\n Harbour was also spotted at a Barnes & Noble in Escondido, Calif., on Saturday, according to San Diegoville<\/a>.<\/p>\n Also on Saturday, the San Diego County Sheriff’s Office issued a news release<\/a>, stating that an “adult male who was experiencing a mental health crisis” at Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group in Santee, Calif. “There were no injuries to patients, staff or deputies.”<\/p>\n The man was taken into custody and was evaluated by a Psychiatric Emergency Response Team (PERT) clinician, and then placed on a 72-hour hold pursuant to 5150 Welfare & Institutions, and will be provided with mental health treatment. Citing privacy laws, the SDCSO shared that it “cannot provide any further information about the individual’s identity or circumstances surrounding the incident” when reached for comment by PEOPLE.<\/p>\n PEOPLE reached out to the San Diego County Sheriff’s Office for comment.<\/p>\n The reports of Harbour’s behavior come weeks after the Daily Mail<\/a> reported in early November that an unnamed source alleged that Millie Bobby Brown filed a bullying and harassment complaint against Harbour<\/a> before production began on season 5 of Stranger Things. There was an alleged months-long investigation about the complaint, and Brown was accompanied by a representative on set while filming, according to the outlet.<\/p>\n The harassment complaint reports also followed the release of his ex-wife Lily Allen’s<\/a> latest album\u00a0West End Girl<\/a>, which alludes to their\u00a0split<\/a>. Multiple sources confirmed to PEOPLE in February that\u00a0Harbour and Allen separated<\/a>\u00a0after four years of marriage.
