A Co. Monaghan family has been named Ireland’s Fittest Family, after winning the competition last night.<\/p>\n
The McKenna’s from Corraghbrack are a very active family who love sport.<\/p>\n
The team consists of mum Sharon, her two sons Caolan and Cormac, along with her daughter Cailin who described herself to Northern Sound as a “fitness fanatic.”<\/p>\n
The final was broadcast nationally on RTE 1 last night, with former Ireland international, Andrew Trimble, coaching the McKenna family through a series of difficult events.<\/p>\n
After a nerve-wrecking finale, the McKenna family came out on top and were named Ireland’s Fittest Family.<\/p>\n
Previously speaking to Northern Sound, Caolan McKenna said that he is proud of his family for what they achieved.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"A Co.
