After wrapping her \u201cSweetener World Tour\u201d in 2019, Grammy Award\u2013winning global superstar Ariana Grande <\/a>admitted she was unsure about ever touring again. At the time, she described the experience as emotionally draining and shifted her focus toward other creative outlets\u2014most notably acting, which she said felt like \u201chome.\u201d<\/p>\n More from Sourcing Journal<\/p>\n Since then, Grande has landed a starring role as Glinda in \u201cWicked,\u201d which shattered box office records to become the highest-grossing Broadway musical adaptation in domestic history. She has also announced upcoming roles in \u201cOh, the Places You\u2019ll Go!\u201d (dropping in 2028) and \u201cFocker In-Law\u201d (dropping next year).<\/p>\n Now, after years away from the stage, the tastemaker is ready to hit the road again.<\/p>\n Last month, Grande<\/a> announced the \u201cEternal Sunshine Tour.\u201d Set to kick off in June 2026, the tour will hit major cities including Los Angeles, Austin, Boston, Montreal, London and Atlanta (to name a few).<\/p>\n Much like her previous tour, the \u201cEternal Sunshine Tour\u201d will spotlight her latest work\u2014this time pulling from both \u201cEternal Sunshine\u201d and \u201cPositions,\u201d which dropped in 2020 and produced hits like \u201cPov,\u201d \u201cNasty\u201d and \u201c34 + 35\u201d with Doja Cat and Megan Thee Stallion.<\/p>\n Now, as anticipation builds for the tour, fans are on the hunt for their concert looks.<\/p>\n According to retail intelligence firm EDITED<\/a>, Grande\u2019s announcement is poised to shape several key trends for next summer, with a handful of standout pieces already capturing consumer attention.<\/p>\n The first trend on EDITED\u2019s radar is influenced by the album\u2019s name.<\/p>\n \u201cAkin to the tour album\u2019s name, ethereal and sugarplum fairy aesthetics will rise to the fore. This includes trends like tulle, ruffles, bows and pastel shades\u2014particularly pink, thanks in part to Grande\u2019s role as Glinda in \u2018Wicked\u2019,\u201d Krista Corrigan, senior retail analyst at EDITED, told SJ Denim.<\/p>\n \u201cButter yellow also went viral in SS25, with newness growing by 47 percent and first majority sell outs by 43 percent year-over-year (YoY). On the back of its popularity, pastel and icy tones will rise to prominence,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n Known for her signature mini-length dresses and skirts (think \u201cThank U, Next\u201d era or, most recently, in her \u201cWe Can\u2019t Be Friends (Wait For Your Love)\u201d music video where the singer wore a pleated printed denim mini skirt paired with an oversized denim jacket), Grande is expected to help fuel their ongoing popularity.<\/p>\n
