indo-b48c4984_inherit\" style=\"color:var(--color-primary-80)\">The plans were first put forward by Carra Shore Hotel Limited back in 2023, initially putting forward plans for 182 bedrooms before scaling it back 163.<\/p>\n<p class=\"indo-ebe0ecc6_root indo-ebe0ecc6_paragraph indo-300db776_none indo-91174671_primary indo-1d70522a_marginbottom5 indo-1d70522a_margintop0 indo-b48c4984_inherit\" style=\"color:var(--color-primary-80)\">Permission was granted with a total of 26 conditions attached, including that the hotel would incorporate the use of Gaeilge signage within the
